WSNLA Utility Tree Certificate ProgramWSNLA partners with Snohomish County Public Utilities District, Puget Sound Energy, Seattle City Light and City of Lynnwood to bring you this WSNLA members only program that works to increase your sales! Partnering utilities provide a certificate to their customers when an unsafe tree is removed. After removal, these utilities provide a Utility Tree Certificate the customers to purchase plant material. The issuance is a goodwill gesture to thank the customers for helping the utility to reduce problems affecting the utility lines. These certificates are redeemable at WSNLA member nurseries only.
