This 3-day study course covers plants currently included on the WSNLA Certified Professional Horticulturist plant list and provides individuals an interactive preparation for and review of the Plant Identification section of the CPH exam. Seminar will cover: study techniques, terminology, classification, nomenclature, conifers, decidious trees & shrubs, broadleaf evergreens, ground covers, vines and ferns, grass & grasslike, annuals and perennials.  

Whether you are studying to take the CPH exam or a seasoned horticulturist, this 3-day intensive plant identification course will help grow plant knowledge.
Instructor: Chris Sexton-Smith, Horticulture Instructor at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. This is an interactive course designed to help improve (or brush up) your plant identification, and serves as a tool to prepare for the Plant Identification section of the Certified Professional Horticulturist exam. 


Cost: $140 WSNLA member | $160 non member.
