Time: 6pm - Sociality! 6:30pm - Dinner catered by Antons, $15 per person. 7pm - Dr. Gary Chastagner, WSU Professor of Plant Pathology, Dan Meier, Production Manager, Briggs Nursery, and a WSDA Representative, will bring us the latest news on Phytophthora ramorum.

Directions from Seattle and North: Drive South on I-5 to Exit 135 in Tacoma. Take Exit 135 (SR-167 North/Portland Ave/Puyallup). Turn left onto E. Bay Street (E. R St.). Continue south on E 28th St. Continue East on SR-167 (E 28th St). Turn onto Pioneer Way W. at light. Follow Pioneer Way E. (about 4 miles) to the light at the intersection of Pioneer Way E., 72nd Ave. South, and Woodland Avenue. Turn left to continue onto Pioneer Way E. Drive about 1/2 of a mile and turn right into the WSU Puyallup Research & Extension Center, just past the sign.
Directions from Olympia and South: Drive north from Olympia on Interstate 5. Take Exit 127 (Highway 512 - Puyallup). Take the Canyon Road exit and turn left on Canyon Road. Turn right on 72nd St. down the hill, where 72nd turns into Pioneer Way E. at the light. Continue on Pioneer Way E. to the WSU Puyallup Center on the right about a 1/4 of a mile.
Follow the entrance road up the hill. Then turn right just before Kalkus Hall (the big brown building). Turn left into the main parking lot, and park near the south end of the building. The D.F. Allmendinger Center is the smaller brown building just to the south (left) of Kalkus Hall.
